MESSAGE FROM STEVE

Hi all!
Just thought I'd let you all know that for the 3rd year in a row, I'll be performing with "A Walk Down Abbey Road" once again this year. This year's only shows (so far) are next Saturday & Sunday, June 12th & 13th in Atlantic City @ the Hilton's Grand Ballroom. This is the same venue as the last 2 years in A.C., and the line-up will be the same as last year: Todd Rundgren, Christopher Cross, Denny Laine (Wings/Moody Blues), Joey Molland (Badfinger) & of course Alan Parsons. The band for all of the artisits will be the same as last year's band, which is the current Alan Parsons Live Project band: Godfrey Townsend (gtr) Manny Focorazzo (keys) John Montagna (bass) and Steve Murphy (drums).
Although I'm hopeful for a tri-state Alan Parsons show some day soon, nothing has been scheduled as of yet. So as of now, this is the closest i'll be performing with Alan or any major artist.
I'd love to see all of you there.
Take care,
Steve

HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM MURPHONICS!

Been so long since we updated the site. Thanks for your patience. Hope everyone had a great Holiday!

Steve returned from tour dates in Spain just in time for two intense weeks in sunny South Florida. We

managed to cut some tracks for an Auto USA jingle for our friends at TNT Productions in Boca while

he was here. Take a listen to the finished radio spot on the MP3 page. We're producing the radio

campaign for Joe Bonamassa's upcoming 50-city Blues In The Schools tour. Nobody's Fault

finished up a four-night stint at Cheers that started with the huge New Year's Eve Bash!

Be sure to check out pictures and upcoming dates on the NBF Website!

Our friend and hero Will Owsley finally released the long awaited follow-up to his incredible 1999

release "Owsley". The new record entitled "The Hard Way" is available now at the Owsley site. We

encourage you to order it (only $10.00!) online and support this amazingly talented musician! You

won't be disappointed. Expect big things from Will with this new record!

The Ft. Lauderdale Murphonics Studio just completed a full ProTools upgrade to 6.1.1 with more

bells and whistles! We're mastering with the awesome Waves L2 and we've upgraded the mixing console.

Steve will be heading overseas with The Alan Parsons Live Project for some more Winter and Spring

shows. Check back soon for details and tour dates. We resolve in the new year to keep updating the

Murphonics site on a more regular basis. Best wishes to all and welcome to all new visitors!

One of the new additions to the "Sounds" page is the final mix for the South Florida

Press Release

PANTHERS NAME NEW PUBLIC ADDRESS ANNOUNCER
Bill Murphy comes to the Panthers with over 20 years of radio and television experience

The Florida Panthers announced today that Bill Murphy will be the team's new public
address announcer. Murphy worked with the Panthers in the past, having
served as a Panthers Vision On-Camera host from 1998-2000.

Murphy has over 20 years of radio experience, which includes having worked in Miami for
WBGG, WGTR and WSHE. He also worked in Miami as an on-air television host at
both Channel 2 and Channel 17. The local singer and musician is a graduate
of Plantation High School and Broward Community College.

Murphy was selected from a group of 20 people who auditioned at National Car Rental Center
on Aug. 20. He will begin his new duties on Sept. 20, when the Panthers host the defending
Eastern Conference champion Carolina Hurricanes in the first of three home
preseason games. Murphy replaces Lindsey Dean, who was unable to
continue in his role because of conflicts with his business schedule.

August 21, 2002

It's been quite a while since we updated the site, but finally we have some new stuff for you
to see and hear. Pictures are trickling in from the Walk Down Abbey Road tour and we're
posting them little by little. Make sure to visit the new photo page. We'll be updating
with new photos on a weekly basis from now on. Check back often for more!

We're making progress and acquiring lots of new toys at the studio. We've beefed up the vocal
chain with a dbx 376 Channel Strip and added a dbx TypeIV digital conversion system to the
576 Compressor. This results in a Class A signal straight into ProTools for a truly pro
sound for voiceovers and singers. We've added a Shure KSM32 to the mic arsenal!

We slapped a new Roland XV-5050 in the rack with the Dynamic Drum Kit expansion card!
MIDI capabilities are endless with over 2000 patches and PT sequencing!

Murphonics has expanded into website audio production. We produce high quality MP3s
that can be imbedded into a website presentation. Check out samples of our work at
MKM Online,  Ft. Lauderdale Yacht Charters and The WebMasters.

Murphonics Inc. has been incorporated and will be the parent company for Murphonics
Music, our music publishing entity. We have been lucky enough to get to work
with some of the finest songwriters around recently and have been doing
some very inspiring demo work as well as co-writing. There's even
been some talk about possible writing for Nobody's Fault.
Film at eleven!

Meanwhile, Madelyn's little brother will be arriving in just a few weeks. I don't think he'll
be quite ready to go out with Steve as drum tech for the TSO tour THIS year, but
perhaps soon! We'll keep you posted and show you pictures when we get them!

The Mets suck!

Nobody's Fault returns to Cheers Labor Day Weekend. Friday and Saturday night
10:30p-3:45a!! Cypress Creek Road & Dixie Hwy Ft. Lauderdale. If you
can't make it out this time, we're there pretty much the first
weekend of every month!
